3M Interior Transparent Weather Sealing Tape, 1.5-Inch by 10-Yard1-1/2 inch x 30', adhesive, transparent, weatherproofing tape, for interior use in sealing cracks around doors & windows, moisture resistant, temporarily repairs cracked window glass.
JVCC SCF-01 Single Coated Foam Tape is a low density, closed cell PVC foam tape in thicknesses of 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, or 3/4 inches. It is an economical, general purpose foam tape coated on one side with a high performance acrylic adhesive. Good combination of flexibility and conformability with strength & wear resistance. Also has excellent weatherability and chemical resistance. Used in applications requiring positive seals on irregular surfaces or when flexibility and conformability to seal tight radius curves are critical considerations. JVCC SCF-01 Foam Tape is used extensively in the automotive, HVAC and construction industries to provide air & weather tight seals; for gasketing, cushioning, vibration control in speakers, vehicles, electronic components and door frames. Also for filling and sealing gaps around windows, doors, and car/SUV tops for better insulation. It is a clean, waste free substitute for liquid sealants. Please make note that this a closed cell foam product (to compress it 25% it requires 0.5 psi for the 1/16 inch thick and 4.0 psi for the 3/4 inch thick); it is not soft like an open cell foam product would be. It also complies with European RoHS directive 2002/95/BC. NOTES: Sizes shipped will typically be the tape industry standard metric-cut sizes, i.e. 24mm for each 1 inch of nominal tape width ordered (rolls are approximately 5% narrower than the nominal size). This product's actual size is 1/8 in. thick foam x 6mm x 75 ft.Technical InformationBacking/Carrier: low density closed cell PVC foamAdhesive: acrylicRelease Liner: white siliconized paperCertifications: European RoHS directive 2002/95/BCService/Operating Temperature: -40F to 180F
Strong Nylon Strap Supports Both LitesRubber Coated Steel "Foot" Prevents ShearLifting insulating glass units with vacuum cups on only one side of the unit means that the lite of glass on the other side is supported solely by the edge sealant used to produce the unit. To reduce the amount of shear force while lifting in this manner, simply employ a pair of CRL Wood's Insulating Glass Anti-Shear Supports. When used with vacuum lifting frames, attach a pair of the supports to the bottom of the unit for vertical lifts. If rotating the unit, attached at 90 degrees as shown in the diagram above for support in both directions.CRL Wood's Insulating Glass Shear Supports can also be used when lifting I.G. units by hand to provide the same safety as when used with vacuum lifting frames. Just thread the straps of each of the supports together so the insulating glass unit is held together, top and bottom as shown in the diagram above. Attach two or more vacuum cups to the front light. The unit can then be lifted securely.
