Many people are hoodwinked by the innumerable beauty products while organic ways are the best way to keep skin healthy and vigorous.  First of all, you need a healthy diet, which is vital to any beauty regime and regular intake of vitamins help us achieve luscious-looking skin. Foods and drinks containing nasty chemicals can harm your body especially skin. Water is our life force. Sufficient water intake is vital to maintain healthy skin as it flushes toxins from our bodies.  Smoking restricts the blood vessels; reducing the amount of blood flowing to the skin, therefore depleting the skin of oxygen and essential nutrients. In addition, alcohol dehydrates and damages the skin. Exfoliating the skin helps to eliminate dead skin cells and it also helps to improve circulation, bringing higher oxygen levels to the skin and muscles. Try organic products like salt, which will act as the exfoliator while the olive oil will moisturize your skin at the same time. We should try to get about 8 hours sleep per night, however for many 6 or 7 hours is just fine. However, the true secret to healthy skin is to take good care of it. Avoid staying in the sun for long periods.
