Just one such cook is Judith Archibald, who says she avoids using processed stuff and grows vegetable in her own garden by using organic gardening practices. She specially grows different kinds of herbs to add better flavor to the food while making it remain healthy. Even for teas she uses organic herbs, thus helping all drink and eat organic and healthy. She also believes in creating her signature recipes, the only exception to this style of her is the German chocolate cake recipe given by her mother.
