Anvil Knitwear is a clothing company in New York City, which uses organic materials to help bring the joy and benefits of organic farming to schools throughout the city.  There are also sponsoring the Earth Day Organic Learning Garden program wherein they provide organic garden containers to the public schools. The kit comes with organic soil, organic seeds, organic farming instructor's guide and instructions on planting and care. Anvil piloted this program with just twenty schools, but received excellent feedback from both teachers and students. Anvil has been started spreading the advantages and benefits of organic farming since    the company was started about a century ago. They are confident that they will pass this legacy in the student's families.
