The Journal Neurology has published an article which states that research and studies have proved that tomatoes can help a person in having a healthy heart. Experiments and studies have shown that lycopene, an antioxidant found in tomatoes and other such fruits and vegetables help reduce the risk of strokes in people who consume them.
