Organic Food And The Dual Role of Latino Groups
January 6th, 2013 | Posted by in Organic FarmingThe Latinos of Mexico and Central America are an ethnic group acting as both consumers and producers of organic food. The most important question to them as consumers is what "organic food" is. They support policies that make people accessible to fresh and clean food products. Their role as a producer of organic foods is also very engaging. Training programs introduced there have given the people an insight on owning and managing organic farms. This, in turn, enables them to produce better quality food for the future. This is indeed an opportunity that the Latinos should take advantage of and work towards making the production of organic food better and more accessible.
It is up to you to live an organic and eco-friendly life.
